The pain was overwhelming, but I realized I had two choices: keep neglecting myself in pursuit of external validation, or finally learn to love myself the way I always deserved. I made a promise to find happiness on my own—and that’s when my self-love journey began.

Through countless nights of reflection, self-care, and facing my fears head-on, I started to rebuild—not just my confidence, but my entire sense of self-worth. I realized that in order to attract the love and life I desired, I first had to choose to love myself.
